How to maintain Good oral hygiene

Brush thoroughly twice a day with soft-bristeled tooth brush.

Clean between teeth daily to remove plaque from areas your tooth brush can't reach.

Eat a balanced diet, this helps keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Don't smoke or use tabacco.

Replace your tooth brush every 3 months if the bristles being to look worn out.

Visit your dentist at least twice a year for a professional cleaning and examination

BRUSHING TECHNIQUE

Holding the tooth brush at a 45 degree angle, brush in short up and down motions on the outer surpace of the teeth. Do not scrub sidewards.

To brush the inside of the front teeth, use gentle up and down strokes with the head of the brush.

Use back and forth motion for chewing surfaces.
