How to maintain Good oral hygiene

  • Brush thoroughly twice a day with soft-bristeled tooth brush.
  • Clean between teeth daily to remove plaque from areas your tooth brush can't reach.
  • Eat a balanced diet, this helps keep your teeth and gums healthy.
  • Don't smoke or use tabacco.
  • Replace your tooth brush every 3 months if the bristles being to look worn out.
  • Visit your dentist at least twice a year for a professional cleaning and examination
 
  • BRUSHING TECHNIQUE
  • Holding the tooth brush at a 45 degree angle, brush in short up and down motions on the outer surpace of the teeth. Do not scrub sidewards.
  • To brush the inside of the front teeth, use gentle up and down strokes with the head of the brush.
